We are looking for a enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team of experts whose mission is to bring efficiency and transparency in our support center with the best customer experience.
This role is responsible for the customer support logistics operations and ensuring that orders are processed in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner.
The core task of this position is receiving, processing, shipping and monitoring service orders for tool maintance, calibration and repair jobs, with the aim of servicing our customers in the best and fastest way.
A good internal and customer relationship and fast response time is essential for this. In doing so, you will work closely with the Central-European teams to offer the best option to the customer.
This position offers a variety in the work, giving you opportunities to develop in logistics, customer support and technical knowledge.
You will be responsible for the entire logistics process for sales and service support. In addition, you are the first point of contact for the central workshop, calibration labs and peers for shipment statusses and order related queries.
You identify the required service based on incoming orders, register and process them yourself, monitor delivery times and keep customers informed about the order status.
You will also manage and monitor transport disputes. Occasionally, you will also support your direct colleagues within the customer support department.
