Junior Digital Data Analyst

An exciting new opportunity as Junior Digital Data Analyst in French and English has just become available. The company is the leading alliance in employment, labour and pensions law located in the south of Brussels. With this position, you will join the marketing and business development team. Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, the Junior Digital Data Analyst is responsible for processing, analysing, and interpreting data from different marketing and communication channels to provide key insights and recommendations to improve our marketing and business development strategy.

Tasks of the Junior Digital Data Analyst :

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Gather data from our different marketing and communication channels to improve marketing campaigns (social Media, Google Ads…).
• Give recommendations based on data analysis to improve the marketing strategy.
• Market research: analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact the legal sector.
• Competitive landscape analysis.
• Preparing reports for management, expert groups, EXCO…
• Analytics and reporting of the syndication platforms, newsletters, and website.

Profile of the Junior Digital Data Analyst :

• Excellent communication skills (English and French) both oral and written ;
• Degree in MKT, Big Data, Communications or Business Administration, economics ;
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as Data Analyst ;
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, etc. is a plus ;
• Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
