Order Handler

Our client is a distributor for construction equipment and located in Antwerp (2030). We are looking for a motivated Order Handler.

You will be joining a motivated team in an international company that offers a lot on the job development and growth.

Tasks of an Order Handler:

* You are single point of contact between supplier and customers.
* You are responsible for the entire order process from A-Z.
* You are first point of contact for suppliers in terms of back orders, lead times, pricing, etc
* You have full ownership of your client files and instruct the shipping department, warehouse and suppliers.

The ideal profile of an Order Handler:

* You hold a Bachelor's degree
* You have ideally a first experience in sales, customer service, logistics, ...
* You have a strong excel knowledge
* You speak French and Dutch
* You are customer oriented
* You have a problem solving mind
