Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist

In order to support the growth of our Finance Department, we are currently looking for a Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Team.

You will be a member of the SMT Africa - Finance department and will report to the Head of Finance. You will be in charge of preparing Transfer Pricing documentation for HQ and all the subsidiaries (Master File, Local Files, Local Forms, CbCR etc.). As a Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for the Design/Update of a General TP Model.

As a Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist, your responsibilities are as follow,

Transfer Pricing

  • You work on Design, Implementation and Maintenance of Transfer Prices for new and ongoing activities (operational transfer) ;
  • You ensure timely submission of all the Required Documentation in all the jurisdictions ;
  • You work on global alignment of the approach, identifying and resolving inconsistencies ;
  • You advise our subsidiaries on Operational Structure from a Transfer Pricing perspective.

Tax

  • You advise and support our subsidiaries in Transfer Pricing compliance on a case-by-case basis, supporting local tax controls ;
  • You advise our subsidiaries on different transactional flows from a Tax point of view and provide comprehensive Tax support ;
  • You calculate the ETR for the subsidiaries and verify periodical tax estimations;
  • You assist our subsidiaries during Tax audits ;
  • You act as the main point of contact for the organization regarding management of price checks and ensure clear communication of price changes ;

Strategy

  • You synthesize the performance of our product ranges, Transforming data into strategic insights ;
  • You perform Value chain analysis and present your results to the Head of Finance and the CFO.

  • Master degree in finance/accounting/audit ;
  • Minimum 3 years in audit and business control preferably in the automotive industry (dealership) ;
  • Good knowledge of the principles of financial consolidation ;
  • You're fluent in French and English ;
  • Good expertise of Windows Office suite ;
  • Good knowledge of financial systems (ideally MS Dynamics NAV, Lucanet) ;
  • Autonomous with a true team spirit ;
  • Persistent, rigorous and Professional in his relationship ;
  • Teaching & listening capacities in order to support fully the local finance teams ;
  • Ready for frequent visits to Africa (10% of time).
