As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with your clients, primarily franchise managers in the retail sector.

To expand the Belgian market, our client is seeking a Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer portfolio in Belgium.
- Have a focus on franchise managers in the retail sector.
- Promote and sell all new equipment products and services.
- Prepare commercial offers in collaboration with the Sales Back Office team.
- Provide the Sales & Project Support team with the necessary information to perform quotations, and conduct final negotiations with customers.
- Ensure the activation of marketing and communication actions in collaboration with the Trade Marketing department.
- Contribute to the annual budget process and provide reliable forecasts.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Fluent in Dutch, French, English
- Proven track record in B2B -technical- sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with long sales cycles
- Both a hunting & farming mentality
- Self-motivated, ability to work with autonomy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management & organizational abilities
