We offer this challenge: Sales Support: Assisting field sales manager and the sales team with administrative tasks Coordinating the scheduling of sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team. Generating reports and providing insights to support decision-making. Human Resources Support: Interface management between HR Region Central Europe and BeNeLux Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on social media, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Assisting in onboardings, including preparing paperwork, organizing training sessions, and facilitating orientation programs. Assisting with performance management processes, including tracking employee performance reviews and providing administrative support for performance improvement plans.
