Your function

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be in charge of getting candidates excited about a career within ALD Automotive | Leaseplan.

Your main responsibilities?

  • You are responsible for the whole recruitment and selection process. From intake till signing the contract: you will be responsible for a great 'Candidate Experience'.
  • You translate the needs of the business into attractive vacancy texts.
  • You determine the best strategy per vacancy and ensure a qualitative inflow through direct search, social media channels, job boards and external partners.
  • You work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to attract the best talent and match them with the right position within our company.
  • You conduct and report on competency-based interviews.
  • You take initiative to strengthen our employer branding through various channels

  • You are enthusiastic, driven and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You have a bachelor or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in recruiting profiles with different level of complexity.
  • You have excellent social and communication skills. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English. Both orally and in writing.
  • You easily establish contacts and build long-term partnerships with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners.
  • You are organized and can work with tight deadlines.
