You are a dedicated business partner to the CFO and the members of the leading team.

​The main responsibilities are:

• You lead the FP&A team, you recruit the necessary FP&A profiles to support you with these responsibilities.
• You work closely with the country PMO to ensure regular follow up of main metrics of our strategic initiatives.
• Planning, budgeting, and forecasting: you lead the country's budget (commitment & ambition) process and 5Y business plan. You adapt and update when strategic changes occur.
• Performance analysis, animation, and reporting.
• Enabling and facilitating decision-making through relevant financial analysis and advice.
• Enabling the implementation of new strategic business models for the future: service models, circular models, Wholesale (B2B, Clubs, Sales to others,...)
• Networking with peers within the finance community (West-Europe Zone) and the Value and performance team.

• You have a strong FP&A experience; you understand the different business models within Decathlon and how they interact.
• You have a previous management experience
• You are passionate about finance and you have an analytical mindset
• You love challenges and you thrive in a fast paced environment
• You are proactive, you know how to challenge the “status quo”
• You are fluent in English. You speak either French or Dutch.
• International experience in another country or in a particular sport is a plus - you have international mobility and want to take on larger responsibilities in the future.
• You are passionate about sports
