​1. Circular Hub

    Implementation Support: Collaborate with the circular hub team to support the implementation of the logistics center, providing financial insights and ensuring cost-effective operations.
    Financial Controlling: Oversee the financial management and controlling of the new logistics center, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to monitor financial performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights to operational teams.
    Strategic Vision: Contribute to the long-term planning of the logistics center, ensuring alignment with the company's overall circular strategy.

2. B2B Logistics & Transports

    Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize financial flows and processes for B2B logistics and transport across the different logistic centers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local and group-level stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, and finance teams, to ensure operational excellence.
    Financial Controlling: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business leaders.

  • Proven experience in financial controlling, preferably within logistics or a related field.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modeling, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A genuine passion for sports and the sport goods industry.
  • Ability to think long-term and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Proactiveness and eagerness to take on new challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in English, preferably proficient in at least one of the national languages.
