Your tasks

• Customizing of MS Dynamics 365 Cloud modules (Sales, Marketing and Project Operations)
• Creation of requirements analyses, implementation, testing and acceptance
• Advising the specialist departments and subsidiaries
• Creation of training materials and documentation
• Support and user training
• Independent evaluation of optimizing measures

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training
• Broad experience in customizing with the MS Dynamics 365 modules Sales, Marketing and Project Operations
• MS Power Automate, PowerBI and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central desirable
• German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written and basic knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy communicating with users
• Independent and systematic way of working, friendliness and openness
• You act on the basis of a clear value system in which honesty, friendliness and appreciation have a firm place
