Microsoft 365 System Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

As an IT and system administrator, you will be responsible for the operation and support of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments. You will be responsible for the strategic further development of our IT structures and systems, including the procurement and maintenance of hardware and software as well as the support of our locations throughout Germany.

• Complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including configuration, maintenance and monitoring of services such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  
  
  
  
• Ensuring system security, including implementation and monitoring of security measures and their risk-based continuous updating
• Carrying out administrative tasks with a focus on collaboration and communication, including the implementation of digital events
• Creation and maintenance of the configuration management plan
• Supporting users with technical questions and problems in connection with Microsoft 365 for our locations throughout Germany
• Support for our customer projects on IT topics

YOUR PROFILE:

• Training in the IT sector, alternatively a degree in computer science or comparable qualifications
• Technical expertise in cloud technologies, in particular Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Several years of experience in system administration
• Experience in user support with a strong customer and service orientation
• Knowledge in the handling of IT projects
• German and English at a business fluent level (C1 / C2)
• Willingness to travel ; driving license, class B
