Junior Data Quality Officer

In order to strengthen our Team, we are currently looking for a "Junior Data Quality Officer" to work from our office in Brussels.

As a member of the After-Sales team, you will play an active role in monitoring the improvements needed to ensure the smooth operation of the invoicing and inventory management system for users and management.

Your mission is to ensure the integrity of the data encoded in this system by the Group's subsidiaries, and to apply the necessary corrections.

• You work actively to control and improve the quality of data in the system on a daily basis ;
• You validate the format and content of information entered into the system with the LDS Support Team (parts, vehicles, prices, reports) ;
• You look for opportunities to automate encoding or extraction of data by users ;
• You analyze missing information to create development and project opportunities ;
• You document new processes to promote more effective and efficient use of the system (Presentations, User guides, Tips & Tricks) ;
• You respond to internal and external queries relating to the management information system.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or the equivalent through experience ;
• You have operational experience with Excel ;
• You have a perfect command of French and a solid knowledge of English ;
• You are comfortable working and managing projects independently and as part of a team ;
• You are rigorous, reliable and proactive in your work ;
• You are service oriented ;
• You are able to communicate at all levels within the organization and in a multicultural environment ;
• You're eager to learn, progress and develop your role.
