The Impact You-ll Make in this Role

As a Transportation Agent (m/f/*), located in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Taking care of the administrative receiving activities
• Organize transport according to all national and international guidelines and participate in improvement projects
• Register in SAP all inbound and outbound activities
• At our transportation desk, serving truck drivers quickly and efficiently to the correct warehouse, working closely with 3M Customer Service and Warehouse
• Responsible for controlling the costs and services of our transportation department

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor-s degree in logistic function (national and international shipping and receiving) or equal by relevant experience
• Fundamental experience of import/export legislation and corresponding documentation
• Fluency in Dutch & English
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Practical user experience in a SAP environment
• ADR certificate/knowledge
• Extra language is a plus (German, French, -)
• Respect for procedures and agreements
• Good organizing skills resulting in efficient, yet flawless working plus strong communication

Working Time: Part-time Position (60-80%)
Work location: On site
