Financial Controller


We are actively looking for a Financial Controller for one of our clients, an IT company based in Brussels.

This leading digital solutions company is present at an international level and relies on the expertise of 5000 collaborators. You will occupy a brand new position in the Finance department. The objective of this function: work on a 5 years growth-project and become the main point of contact for every controlling and financial strategy questions.


  • Participate in the acquisition of new activities
  • Financial reporting and preparation of KPIs
  • Analysis of business performance and deviations
  • Support the regional management in following action plans
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Management of cash flow and treasury
  • Analyse and identify financial risks
  • Support local teams based in Europe with externals partners (auditors, legal advisors, ...)

  • Higher degree in Finance, Economy or Sciences Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance. A first experience in the IT sector is a big asset
  • Fluent in French & English. The knowledge of Spanish is a big plus
  • You are motivated and dynamic
  • You are highly adaptable. You are not disturbed by a fast-changing and challenging environment
  • You are professional and analytical, which allow you to provide the accurate expertise and advice to the management
