Account Manager - Manufacturing - Belgium


As Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding clients' portfolio and managing existing accounts in Belgium.

As Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives within the Belgian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to oversee the development and delivery of projects for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Experience in the agro-food industry would be a significant advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English languages.
