Entrepreneurial Affairs Project Leader position to ensure legal entities' leaders' independence and freedom of action, without undue interference from senior leadership or corporate bureaucracy.

This role involves improving guidelines, defining project plans, and issuing recommendations to balance autonomy and control, contributing significantly to the company's growth ambitions.

A fast-growing company is creating an Entrepreneurial Affairs Project Leader position to support its sustainable growth.

This role includes the following key responsibilities:

1. Guarantee that each legal entity's President/Managing Director enjoys the independence required to successfully run their legal entity.
2. Ensuring that no actions damaging the corporate veil around each legal entity are taken by higher leadership or corporate teams.
3. Improving guidelines defining the relationships between legal entities, holdings, and Business Line Management.
4. Defining and executing a project plan to improve processes and systems, increasing the Net Promoter Score of delivered services.
5. Issuing organizational recommendations to support the balance between autonomy and control.

The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to act quickly, contributing significantly to the company's transformation and growth ambitions.


Personal Skills:
- Strong expertise in legal risks associated with group structures
- Results-oriented
- High level of energy, drive, and passion to succeed
- Very structured with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Education:
- Master's Degree in Law

Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Additional language skills are an asset

Previous Experience:
- >5 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in a similar position within a group or law firm

Location:

- Our client is based in Brussels and expects you to be in the office twice a week.
