Want to be a part of our team?The Junior HR Officer is responsible for supporting HR initiatives by providing administrative support to the HRBP role . This role focuses on the administration and transactional activities within the HR department and provides HR-specific, general administrative and secretarial support. This role works cooperatively with team members to support completing the HR department objectives and updates HR databases and processes employee requests. This role is responsible for coordinating all administration and logistics relating to the onboarding and offboarding process and assists with all administrative duties required by the HR management team.Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Act as point of contact for HR related queries from employees and external partners (like interim offices).
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team and ensure a close follow-up of employees between signing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate all administrative and logistics related to the onboarding process together with our HR Administration team abroad.
  • Plan onboarding follow-up meetings for the HRBP's
  • Coordinate administration for HR projects and participate in HR audits.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards for the HR Management and for Finance
  • Drafting standard correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle such as confirmation of employment, VISA demands,...
  • Perform regular check to ensure data accuracy in our ERP System (Workday) and keep the system up to date (register changes)
  • Follow-up on mandatory trainings and processes (reporting and communication to employees)
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
  • Liaise with the HRBP's to plan exit interviews and with the abroad team to plan offboarding meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
  • Provides support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices across various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ability to use HRIS systems and other HR-related software for efficient data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Basic ability to analyze HR data to extract insights, trends, and metrics that contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Thoroughness in managing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing HR trends, technologies, and organizational requirements.
  • Analytical skills to identify HR challenges.
  • Ability to support HR projects from inception to completion.
  • Basic understanding of HR data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights.
  • Fluency in Dutch/French and good verbal and written knowledge of the other language as well as English.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • High school certification
  • Working towards completion or completion of a Bachelor degree in HR or administration

Required Experience:
  • The job is open for employees who have just started their career
  • Some administrative support experience.
  • A first work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator is a plus
