Robert HalfTalent Solutions is currently looking for an Operations Officer (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast-growing company active in the real estate sector.

The Operations Officer (m/f/x) has a coordination role of all data related aspects of a real estate project, is the SPOC between project managers and management, is monitoring the milestones of each project within the company's portfolio and is the guardian of data accuracy and presentations (including ESG reviews & reporting). The role is international (includes a few travels/year) and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

• Milestone Tracking: coordinates milestones across projects (planning & data content);
• Portfolio Management: accuracy of data through all supports. Analysis and assessment of portfolio performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement;
• External Valuation Preparation: coordination of external data in-and output;
• Reporting: coordination of internal reporting data;
• ESG Project Review: supports the ESG Manager in reviewing projects from an environmental, social, and governance perspective;
• Software Development Input: SPOC between software developers and business, providing valuable input and feedback to enhance the functionality and usability of the program. Training and assistance to colleagues;
• Business analyst: The Operations Officer will centralize all requests from business and propose market conform solutions to the Chief Operating Officer.

The required profile for the Operations Officer (m/f/x) position:

• A master's degree (or equivalent by experience) in Data analytics / Business Administration;
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines;
• Ability to work independently but with a lot of team work upfront;
• You are a social person with a diplomatic touch;
• Excellent knowledge of English (with FR or NL);
• Experience or interest for real estate is an asset.
