Our client is a strong player in warehouse management systems, we are looking for someone to start the story in Belgium! With the solid reputation they have build in Western & Northern Europe, they opened the doors to extend their partnerships in Belgium. The company has developed a state of the art WMS that they implement for companies in different industries.

The first focus (for the company) will be to explore the Flanders area, and later to develop the Brussels and Walloon region.

The company is looking for someone ideally located in the greater Antwerp area, who is open to work partly remote and partly on site at clients in the Antwerp and surrounding provinces.

"Implementing or modifying a WMS impacts the core business of the customer. Creating trust is therefore an essential aspect. As their main contact you create a collaboration with your structured way of working, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills."

The WMS Project Manager is in charge to:

• Plan, execute, monitor and control resources, deliverables, milestones, risk and budget
• Plan and manage steering group meetings
• Inform all stakeholders as early as possible about possible risks, deviations, opportunities and necessary actions
• Represent project group towards clients
• Represent customer and project internally
• Evaluate and analyze the project result and contribute to improvements
• Build long term relationships with the client and create an efficient and positive working climate

In this role you report to the Country Manager. A new project is managed by you when sales has closed the deal.

The WMS Project Manager has (a):

• Structured way of working
• Solid communication skills
• Convincing, motivating and challenging mindset
• Ability to manage expectations towards stakeholders on different levels, both internally and externally
• Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ideally experience with Prince2 methods

The WMS Project Manager can expect a true adventure in a dynamic environment for an A player who has high ambitions in Belgium. The role includes a solid salary package with:
