Payroll Consultant | International clients

We are looking an Expert Payroll Consultant for one of our consulting partners located in Brussels.

While this company has a European presence, its Belgian subsidiary is committed to provide a familial and tailored work environment for each collaborator. The primary mission of the Belgian subsidiary is to build long-term relationships with its employees by implementing an HR policy centred around humanity.

As a Payroll Consultant, you will join a team of 10 consultants and be responsible for aspects related to payroll and hard HR for your clients. From analyzing requests to implementing solutions, you will provide optimal advice to your clients, preserving the company's brand image through high-quality service. Your responsiveness and precision will be essential assets in guiding your partners and developing trusted relationships.

• Payroll management for international clients within specified deadlines.
• Consultation and support for partners on all payroll and social legislation matters.
• Optimization of processes related to payroll and implementation of tools for effective HR management.
• As a consultant, you are a trusted individual, ensuring a tailored and high-quality service based on your partners' requests.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in payroll, preferably within a social secretariat (with international scope) or a Bi4
• Proficiency in English and advanced skills in French or Dutch and German
• Strong adaptability, allowing for a quick analysis of needs based on individuals and situations.
• Affinity with international environments would be an additional asset.
