Investment Associate

For a dynamic family office fund with focus on long-term buy-and-build private equity direct investments, we are looking for an Investment Manager to be involved in deal sourcing, analysis, deal execution and long term portfolio management.

Sourcing (5%):

• Identify and evaluate add-on deals or new initiatives originating from your network.

Analysis (30%):

• Organize market studies, financial modeling, and valuation of investment opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis and operational assessments.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment commitee.

Execution (15%):

• Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including market and financial due diligence, structuring, bank financing, and contract negotiation.
• Support the preparation of transaction documentation and closing processes.

Operational Support (50%):

• Work closely with portolio company management teams to execute value creation plans.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, including financial performance, operational metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities, operational improvements, and value creation strategies.

• Master's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field with excellent academic credentials
• Min 4 years of consulting or business experience, with a focus on change management, strategy, and general management.
• Strong understanding and analytical skills in company financials and data.

• Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Awareness of cultural and interpersonal differences in management styles with a pragmatic and humble approach.
