Dynamic Office Assistant

What will you do?

  • Warm welcome: You are the friendly face that greets visitors, suppliers, and members.
  • Mail handling: You manage the internal mail distribution and outgoing correspondence flawlessly.
  • Meeting room management: You meticulously plan and organize meetings.
  • Office management: Thanks to you, the office spaces are always tidy and supplies are always stocked.
  • Safety measures: You ensure that all prevention and protection measures are strictly followed.

Additionally, you will support:

  • Accounting: From processing purchase invoices to preparing payment files.
  • HR tasks: Adding a personal touch to birthdays, illnesses, and other special occasions.
  • Administrative support: Assisting with various board activities and strategic meetings.
  • Events and activities: Playing a crucial role in organizing events.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and French, good knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other digital tools.
  • You gain energy from combining logistical, administrative, and organizational tasks.
  • Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and stress-resistant.
  • Accurate and precise in all your tasks.
