Billing Officer in an international company

As Billing Officer you will be responsible of:

• The encoding of outgoing invoices
• The follow-up of invoices
• The follow-up of contracts with clients
• The participation to closures
• The back-up for VAT declarations
• Administrative tasks: answering the phone and managing the lawyers' agendas

Ideal profile of a Billing Officer:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Billing Officer
• Having worked in a legal company is a big plus
• Excellent knowledge of English, French is an asset
• Quickly available
