Developer Enabler

Your role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Developer Enabler to join our team. As a Developer Enabler at Cymo, you will be responsible for:

• Transferring technical knowledge about Event-Driven Architecture to development teams
• Explaining Event-Driven Architecture from all perspectives within the organization
• Participating directly with development teams to identify and address pain points
• Empowering teams to continue independently through deep hands-on coaching

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar by experience, but the most important are your skillset, ambition, and drive
• You have experience in coding languages (Java, Rust, …) and in software engineering
• Familiarity with message brokers and event streaming platforms, especially Confluent Kafka
• Strong understanding of extreme programming practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
