  • Online and retail marketing strategy development: design and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies focused on increasing online sales and optimizing our presence in retail channels
  • Campaign management: planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, both online (e.g. social media, e-mail marketing, SEO/SEM) and offline with retail partners
  • Management of online sales platforms: monitoring and optimizing the performance of products on our own website as well as on third-party platforms such as specialist retailers
  • Relationship management and negotiations: establishing and maintaining relationships with retail partners and negotiating terms for product placements, promotions, and other forms of cooperation
  • Localization and content management: regional adaptation of content as provided by central marketing as well as adaptation to the needs and preferences of the target group
  • Data analysis and market research: collection and analysis of data on customer behavior, market trends and the performance of sales channels to support informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Evaluation and performance measurement: analysis of our marketing activities using lead and funnel management in conjunction with our CRM system

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably specialized on marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in (sales/digital) marketing
  • Prior experience in the dental sector highly advantageous
  • Experience in social media marketing, GoogleAds and influencer management as well as working in an international environment
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English in word and writing
  • High customer and service orientation as well as strong networking ability
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and creativity
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel professionally
