Through the development and execution of physical and digital trainings drive and build enthusiasm and confidence in the employees at all levels through quality product and sales trainings internally and externally for the equipment, tools, attachments and accessories. Tasks • will be a general trainer at standard levels on sales techniques, systems and all-round product knowledge. • will be(come) trainer on a specialist level in a designated category/ product group • give both internal and external trainings, digital and physical • responsible for creating the digital and physical trainings to enable trainees to improve individual, organizational and customer performance • translate expert knowledge from category, sales & specialists into practical trainings & training materials – requiring good cross functional collaboration • assist with new product releases and communications • support customers in Field when appropriate • (to) be trained in CFS (customer focused selling) and support CFS trainings when appropriate • may participate in promotional events in assigned territory Profil • Proven ability and vocation to perform trainings and teaching to different levels/ audiences from a few people to a large audience • Technical affinity, but more sales & trainer oriented • Understand our industry, customers and go to market, or willing to invest into. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. English is required as it is the main company language, German, French, Spanish highly valued. Willingness to invest to learn extra languages. • Practical knowledge of modern translation technology, like Google translate. • Skilled in using not only MS Office, but modern ICT technology & willing to invest to get/stay up-to-date • Experienced and/or open in/to modern learning techniques and use of LMS • Equally skilled physical f2f and digital • Possess communication, social interaction, presentation, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills Offre We offer you an immediate permanent contract.
