As an IAM Expert, you'll lead the charge in managing and improving our Identity & Access Management services within the SLS Digital Workplace (DWP). Dive into a dynamic role where your daily efforts ensure seamless and secure IT operations. Collaborate closely with a skilled team both locally and with our IT partners in India. Together, the team manages and continually improves the global IAM landscape.

• first to support the day-to-day operations, acting as a 3rd line for our IT partner and Equans stakeholders
• secondly to define, analyze and execute major changes and participate in interesting global projects

Are you up for IT?

• working together with the IAM teams to handle functional and technical requests, resolve incidents and answer questions from local IT with regards to IAM services
• managing and maintaining the corporate IAM architecture (single forest multi-domain setup, AD, Entra ID, IGA, PAM, …)
• maintain the overall security of the architecture, following the standards and guidelines of the Cybersecurity team
• help create and maintain SOP’s for the IAM teams, leveraging stakeholder feedback to improve them
• participate in small and large IAM projects such as user migrations, carve-in and carve-out projects, …
• maintain technical documentation and guidelines

Profile Are we a match ?

• bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT environments, preferably within an IAM or Cybersecurity team
• strong communication skills, ability to work in a corporate environment and with external IT partners
• knowledge and hands-on experience with market leading identity solutions and security best practices
• technical knowledge and skills:
  • good knowledge of IT and system administration (servers, networks, firewalls...), Cloud services (AWS, Azure ...)
  • strong knowledge of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle management (on/off-boarding), identity governance, role & access management (RBAC...), AuthN, AuthZ and more
  • hands-on experience managing or implementing one or more identity solutions (IDM, IGA, AM, PAM, ...)
  • hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Connect, Entra B2B are considered a major plus
  • hands-on experience with IGA solutions such as Saviynt, PAM/PIM solutions such as CyberArk/BeyondTrust are also a major plus
  • experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, PowerBI, ...) is a plus
  • understanding of federation protocols (OAuth, OpenID, SAML), Single Sign-On (SSO) and API security
  • knowledge of PKI infrastructure & cryptography
  • knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO27001, MITRE ATT&CK, …)
  • knowledge of Microsoft IAM security concepts (MS-500, SC-300, …)
  • knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, Agile are a plus
  • vendor certifications (e.g. Microsoft) and accredited credentials, such as the CISSP, are advantageous
