The position could be located in: Teesside (UK), Tielt (Belgium) or Dusseldorf (Germany)

• Strengthen business alignment across core divisions, such as Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and HR
• Implement digital strategies and company-wide initiatives to support business strategies, foster operational innovation, and enhance competitiveness
• Promote the standardization and integration of information systems. Develop and propose system plans to maintain a competitive advantage and contribute to business strategy realization, efficiency improvements, competitiveness enhancement, and cost reduction through digital technology
• Design and create a roadmap for information systems (cloud ecosystem) related to the collection and analysis of group management information, and monitor progress
• Establish a support system to smoothly implement changes and transformations in response to social and business environment shifts

Your Responsibilities:

• Align business efforts, implement digital projects and company-wide initiatives to achieve business strategies, drive innovation, and boost competitiveness
• P&C Team information systems, plan and propose systems to maintain an advantage, and enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and cost reduction with digital technology
• Complete projects on time and within budget through effective management. Maximize ROI through financial accounting in project activities
• Work within a support system that smoothly adapts to changes in the social and business environment

• University degree and several years of experience in managing business critical applications and ideally also IT projects
• Experienced in business relationships and in coordinating with internal and external parties including management level
• Experience in implementing projects in English
• Highly specialized knowledge of information systems (including knowledge of system construction)
• Knowledge of accounting/finance, corporate function operations and infrastructure and devices
• Very good communication skills and a service oriented attitude and the understanding of collaboration
